7-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery. Requests raised after this period may not be accepted.

Eligibility for Returns

  • • Product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • • All original tags and packaging must be intact
  • • Product should not have any stains, damage, or odor
  • • Valid proof of purchase (invoice/order ID) is required

Non-Returnable Items

  • • Items purchased during sale or clearance
  • • Innerwear, lingerie, or hygiene-sensitive products
  • • Customized or made-to-order products
  • • Products returned in used or damaged condition

Return & Refund Process

1. Raise a return request via your account or contact support.

2. Our team will schedule a pickup within 2–3 business days.

3. Once received, the product will undergo quality inspection.

4. If approved, the refund will be initiated.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after successful inspection of the returned product.

  • • Prepaid orders → refunded to original payment method
  • • COD orders → refunded via bank transfer or store credit
  • • Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless defective product)

Exchanges

We offer size exchanges subject to availability. If your requested size is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.
